Enjoy garlic everyday in your kitchen – fresh, dried, chopped, crushed, roasted whole, stir fried, baked, added to pasta and in your slow cooker, add to your salads, serve with roast lamb or tofu, stuff baked fish with our garlic and lime leaves or spread especially thickly on garlic bread, added to soups to bring out other flavours… you are only limited by your imagination!
Storing & Looking after your garlic: Store in an airy, dry, light place at room temperature. This garlic variety will keep through to August when stored in the right conditions.
